$100 Mail-In Rebate (2026 Program) for Fresno municipality customerswho pay their water utility bill to the City of Fresno. Appliance mustlabeled Energy Star and meet Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE) standards for energy and water consumption with a Water Factor of 6.0 or less. Rebates subject to on-site compliance inspection by City representatives. Application must be received within 60 days of purchase and installation of clothes washer. Copy of original dated itemized sales purchase receipt must be attached to application for HECW Rebate approval. Limit of one rebate per residential customer utility billing account. Note City of Clovis water customers qualify for a $50 rebate instead of a $100 rebate.
